GUIDE TO EDITING VEGAN TRAVEL VIDEOS FOR YOUTUBE

I started making travelogue videos for my YouTube channel ( Travelling Weasels ) way back before I’d even started this blog. Over there I unknowingly (at the time) documented my journey towards veganism: I made YouTube videos where I saw dog meat in Vietnam and cows being abused in the dairy industry in Slovenia, I filmed myself trying accidentally vegan Hungarian foods in Hungary and vegan sushi in Las Vegas – I even documented the first time I watched Earthlings (and my blubbery reaction to it). Once I went vegan, I considered making a separate YouTube channel for my vegan travelogue videos, but in the end I decided against it. It’s a lot of work to run one YouTube channel (let alone two blogs too), so I figured I’d stick with the one YouTube channel I had and make vegan videos on there. One of the reasons running a channel is hard is the editing. Which is where this post comes in: How To Make Vegan Travel Videos For YouTube Videos have now become much more th...

Hike to Nadumalai River through the Tea Gardens of Stanmore Tea Bungalow

You are standing at the Stanmore Garden Bungalows near Valparai, one of the properties managed by Briar Tea Bungalows overlooking a panoramic view of tea estates and mountains. As you stand mesmerized by the beauty of the sprawling tea estates, you can hear the sound of water in the yonder. This sound of water is coming from the Nadumalai river, Valparai’s main river that begins its journey in the nearby mountains. This is the starting point of your hike to the beautiful Nadumalai river. This hike is possible only if you happen to be staying at any of the properties belonging to Briar Tea Bungalows as the entire trail passes through private tea gardens and estate roads.   This hike to Nadumalai river from the Stanmore garden bungalows is a steep down hill trail through tea gardens and finally through dense undergrowth to the Nadumalai river. The hike is fairly easy downhill, though you might huff and puff a bit on your way back up. The only things to watch out are for leeches and sli...

Suzuki planning a battery-electric SUV

This is a concept from Suzuki which shows the direction the company is looking to produce its first battery electric model, writes Brian Byrne. The eVX was unveiled at the Auto Expo in Delhi, and a production version is mooted for 2025. The car will have a 60kWh battery which the company suggests will have a range in excess of 500km. The production car is expected to be in the same size bracket as the S-Cross small SUV. The powertrain is likely to be influenced by Suzuki’s technological cooperation deal with Toyota.
