 Somoa has down  England  27 – 26 in extra time to book a  historical Rugby League World Cup Grand final spot.  It is the first time in Rugby League history that  a nation outside Australia, New Zealand and England has won a semi final  to book a grand final spot in a Rugby League World Cup. Samoa will take on Australia in the Rugby League World Cup grand final  At half-time Samoa was leading 14 points to 10.  In the second, the score seesawed with England taking the lead at one point.  The game drew at 26 – 26 on full-time following a  late try from England. The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is the overall winner of the World Car of the Year Awards 2023, writes Brian Byrne. It was in against the BMW X1/iX1 and the Kia Niro.  In categories, the Lucid Air electric car produced in the US won the World Luxury Car accolade, against the BMW 7 Series/i7 and the Genesis G90. Kia’s EV6 GT took the World Performance Car title, against the Nissan Z and the Toyota GR Corolla. The Ioniq 6 also won the World Electric Vehicle title, from the BMW i7 and the Lucid Air; and the World Car Design of the year, from the Range Rover and the Lucid Air. The Citroen C3 won the World Urban Car slot, from the ORA Funky Cat and the Volkswagen Taigo. The World Car Awards are decided by more than a hundred jurors worldwide and this is the 19th year. The 2023 awards were announced last week at the New York Auto Show. 

Tree ferns are becoming ever more expensive to purchase so keeping them in top condition has got to be priority. Unfortunately many of the specimens I come across in the UK are usually pale in colour with stunted growth and a narrowing crown. However it is always possible to improve their condition with correct watering and fertiliser application. In a previous video we discussed how your should feed your tree fern, however in this video we go into detail as to why tree ferns require so much more feeding and at a higher concentration.
