By Isaac Liri / FM 100  President of the PNG Football Association John Kapi Natto is calling on the ICT Minister Timothy Masiu to work on regulating social media in Papua New Guinea.  Mr Kapi Natto made this call after being a victim of cybercrime, following the termination of contract of PNG’s National Women’s Coach Nicola Demaine.  Kapi Nato  The exit of coach Demaine, who coached the victorious PNG side in the OFC Women’s World Cup qualifiers several months ago in Suva (Fiji), resulted in an out pour of critics of all kinds.  Some of these critics went to the extreme in using of abusive languages, defaming the character of Mr Kapi Natto and his immediate family.   Those involved in the cyber crime are now under thorough investigation, and one male has already been arrested and charged.  This person is known to be an employee of a hotel in Port Moresby. VEGAN IN HUGARY: 14 ACCIDENTALLY VEGAN HUNGARIAN RECIPES

Ostensibly, Hungarian cuisine looks like it’s going to be a right nightmare for vegans – like hello this country seems to be in a gastronomic polyamorous marriage with pork (‘kolbász’, ‘szalonna’, ‘sertéspörkölt’, etc.) and sour cream (‘tejföl’). Fortunately, when you scratch the surface, you’ll uncover a vegan goldmine full of fresh, local fruit and veg; delicious, filling stews; and, of course, first-class wine. Thanks to the rona, a trip to Hungary might not be possible for you right now, neither will a list of  foods to try in Budapest . But, what you can (hopefully) do is take a trip to your kitchen. All the recipes below could be made by an idiot (I know because I’m an idiot and I’ve made them), so take your physical trip to the kitchen, and (with the help of a food high) take an imaginary trip to Hungary through your stomach. If you’re an actual real live Hungarian, but new to veganism, hopefully...

Nako: A Rustic Himalayan Gem

It is a gorgeous high altitude village located super close to the Indo-China border in the Trans-Himalayan region of Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh. It is famous for its apples, apricots, yaks, horses and a 11th century monastery. I am talking about the rustic Himalayan gem called Nako that is situated at the end of Kinnaur and at the start of Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh. Located at an altitude of 11,893 feet and under the backdrop of the mighty Reo Purgyal mountain (22,362 feet), Nako is a small village of about a thousand people in the Hangrang valley. Farming, fruit orchards and cattle rearing are the main sources of livelihood here. Not many tourists stay here. Rather, they continue to Spiti valley for the more famous tourist attractions. But, there is more to Nako than what meets the eye. For starters, there is the Nako lake whose periphery has willow and poplar trees. During the winter months, when it freezes completely, it becomes a skating rink. At other times, it o...
