The NCD members numbering 600 provided security for the polling teams over the last three weeks starting from the Hela Province on July 4. Mr Billie commended them for a job well done and wished them safe travel back to their families. Deputy Billie expressed his appreciation this morning in Mt Hagen following the completion of the final polling in Western Highlands and Simbu provinces yesterday, Tuesday July 19. The polling contingents composed of the National Capital District Metropolitan Command, Bomana Po
