The Swiss Cheese plant – Monstera deliciosa, can become quite unruly when grown as a houseplant which means that at some point you will need to repot it to get it back under control. In its native habitat young seedlings naturally grow towards the shade in order to find suitable support such as the trunk of a tree or a cliff face.
