PNG PM Marape announces Caretaker Cabinet

Papua New Guinea Prime Minister James Marape has announced his caretaker cabinet following his re-election yesterday.  The four senior members appointed include Member for Lae John Rosso, United Resources Party Leader William Duma, Member for Kavieng Ian Ling Stuckey and Kikori’s Soroi Eoe.  They were officially sworn in by the Head of State Grand Chief Sir Bob Dadae, witnessed by Prime Minister James Marape and Gulf Governor Chris Haiveta.  The caretaker cabinet is as follows; 1. James Marape Prime Minister, National Planning, Police, Defence and Correctional Services 2. John Rosso, Deputy Prime Minister, Lands & Physical Planning, Housing, Education, Health and High Education 3. Soroi Eoe, Foreign Affairs, Commerce and Industry, Justice & Attorney General, Bougainville Affairs, Petroleum and Tourism  4. New look, powertrain, for Clio

Renault has carried out a big re-styling of its long-popular Clio, and added a full hybrid powertrain, writes Brian Byrne. Very sharp and techy changes to the front and rear will make the latest version quite a standout on the road, and there are also substantial upgrades to the interior including a new Alpine-level trim option. The car also carries the latest design of the Renault logo. The new 145hp E-Tech hybrid can operates for up to 80pc of the time in electric mode in town driving, according to Renault. More details closer to launch. The Clio nameplate was launched in 1990 and since then some 16 million units have been sold.
