ULP Leader Captain Lekwa Gure unseated in Rigo open Seat

Sitting Rigo Open MP and United Labour Party Leader, Captain Lekwa Gure was  eliminated from the Rigo Open Seat race in the 38th elimination at Bomana. Captain Gure  Mr. Gure managed to poll 4, 257 votes. Former MP and PANGU Party candidate, Ano Pala has won the  Rigo Open seat with over 7, 390 votes. Udayagiri Caves: 5th Century Cultural Beauty of Madhya Pradesh

They contain some of the oldest surviving Hindu temples and iconography in India. They are a 5th century cave wonder. Many relics and sculptures from this place can be found in museums across the country. I am talking about the twenty rock cut caves at Udayagiri in Madhya Pradesh. Located just 60 kms from the capital city of Bhopal, Udayagiri caves is a group of temples and monasteries from the Gupta era that were carved out of a hill. These rock-cut caves contain iconography of Vaishnavism, Shaktism, Shaivism and Jainism. While Jainism is limited to only one cave, the other 19 caves are dedicated to Hinduism. Udayagiri, which literally means ‘sunrise mountain’, was following Surya tradition since 3rd century BCE. During the prime of Buddhism at Sanchi, Buddhism made its way to Udayagiri in the 2nd century BCE. Review - Sizzling Sixteen by Janet Evanovich

Sizzling Sixteen (Stephanie Plum) St. Martin’s Press, 320p, Isbn-0312383304 I generally always look forward to getting a good laugh with a Plum book in my hand. But the last few ones (excluding 15 which I missed reading for some mysterious reason?! I’ll be reading and blogging it soon, btw, thanks to St.Martins who shot over a copy as soon as they realized I’d missed it – Thanks!!) barely coaxed a few smiles from me. However the long lasting effect of the initial books in this series (laugh out loud, rolling on the floor kind) are such that to date I pick up a Plum book with an anticipatory grin. Thank the good lord, this one does not disappoint – not entirely. Read more »
