David Manning made the call as the country prepares to go to the polls next Monday. Mr. Manning in a statement also appealed to all members of the Joint Security Task Force, engaged in providing security for the election and members of the PNG Electoral Commission, to be honest, diligent and committed in the discharge of their duties.
