Public Servants in PNG Challenged to Perform

 Public Servants throughout Papua New Guinea  including elected leaders have been challenged by the Prime Minister, James Marape to perform their duties with diligence and integrity. PM Marape was the keynote speaker at the Public Service Dedication Service today at the Sir John Guise Indoor Stadium in Port Moresby. PM Marape opened his speech by recounting his experience during the last week travelling across the country visiting extremely remote and most neglected people and places. PNG invites Indonesia for first-ever PNG-Indonesia Trade meeting

PNG Minister for International Trade and Investment Richard Maru has invited Indonesia to host the first-ever and historical PNG – Indonesia Trade Meeting in Jayapura, Indonesia, later this year. Minister Maru made this invitation through Indonesia’s Ambassador to Papua New Guinea, His Excellency Adriana Supandy last Friday. PNG invites Indonesia for first-ever PNG-Indonesia Trade meeting  He said if Indonesia agrees to have the trade meeting, then they can put together an agenda for the meeting, as well as a technical working committee, to organize that meeting. Mr. Maru said PNG’s trade team will not only be made up of Government departments and agencies, but also representatives from the three provinces of East and West Sepik and Western Province. Vang Vieng: The Eco Adventure Paradise of Laos

There was a time when it was a backpacker’s haven and Laos’s party capital with drunken parties, tubing down the river and chilling at its iconic river side TV bars. Today, it is an eco-tourism hotspot that is known for its adventure avenues, pristine nature spots and oodles of relaxation. I am talking about the tropical green paradise called Vang Vieng that is surrounded by gorgeous karst topography in Central Laos.
