VEGAN IN HUGARY: 14 ACCIDENTALLY VEGAN HUNGARIAN RECIPES

Ostensibly, Hungarian cuisine looks like it’s going to be a right nightmare for vegans – like hello this country seems to be in a gastronomic polyamorous marriage with pork (‘kolbász’, ‘szalonna’, ‘sertéspörkölt’, etc.) and sour cream (‘tejföl’). Fortunately, when you scratch the surface, you’ll uncover a vegan goldmine full of fresh, local fruit and veg; delicious, filling stews; and, of course, first-class wine. Thanks to the rona, a trip to Hungary might not be possible for you right now, neither will a list of  foods to try in Budapest . But, what you can (hopefully) do is take a trip to your kitchen. All the recipes below could be made by an idiot (I know because I’m an idiot and I’ve made them), so take your physical trip to the kitchen, and (with the help of a food high) take an imaginary trip to Hungary through your stomach. PNG's Airline Air Niugini Looking at Long Term Fleet Solution for its Domestic and Regional Markets

Papua New Guinea’s flag carrier Air Niugini as part of its re-fleeting exercise is progressing its review of available options to ensure the airline secures a competitive and sustainable solution for its PNG domestic and regional network.   The airline’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Bruce Alabaster said this when welcoming the team from Embraer who have flown in the latest E195 E2 regional jet into Port Moresby today for a demonstration flight.  Mr Alabaster said “With Air Niugini returning to normal operations after COVID and mindful of the need to future proof our operations, we’re looking at options to replace the present Fokker fleet”  “Air Niugini is looking to invest in replacement aircraft with latest state-of-the-art technology, enhanced fuel efficiency and additional safety features to serve our domestic and regional short haul markets and we’re happy to have Embraer back in Port Moresby to display their product.” Mr Alabaster said  The E195 E2 aircraft is a new technolog
