With the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show (CES) now firmly established as a showcase for automotive conceptualising, Peugeot is wooing the tech-heads this week with its Inception Concept, writes Brian Byrne.
The sleek car previews how the latest Stellantis Group battery-electric STLA platform will enable changes in thinking for both interiors and external shaping of a car.
The Inception Concept is built on the large version of that architecture, and is powered by two electric motors with a 100kWh battery enabling a claimed 800km range.
Production cars with the technology are envisaged as being able to add 150km of range in five minutes at a suitable charging point.
