PNG NAC to under Special Enterprise Review : Schnaubelt

 The Papua New Guinea  National Airports Corporation (NAC) will be undergoing a Special Enterprise Review into the affairs of NAC.  In a statement, PNG Minister for Transport & Civil Aviation, Walter Schnaubelt made the announcement of the commencement of a special enterprise review. Minister Schnaubelt  Minister Schnaubelt says as minister responsible he is very serious in his efforts to improve the NAC, and will ensure that the recommendations on corrective actions are implemented in a structured and sustainable way after the review. Five Members of Criminal Gang Killed by Vigilant Locals in PNG's Goilala

Five members of a criminal gang responsible for hurling a grenade that killed two men in Goilala, PNG’s central province were ambushed and killed in a retaliatory attack in December, PNG Police say.  Acting Provincal Police Commander of Central Province Senior Inspector Patterson Birigi said the five suspects were slain by angry relatives of the bomb victims, who went after and found them holed up in a remote village in Fane LLG.
