 Papua New Guinea Prime Minister James Marape  has retained his Tari – Pori Open seat. He is the first Member of Parliament to be declared in the 2022 National Election  with a absolute majority votes. After conclusion of the third day of counting in Tari, he polled  40913 votes well above the absolute majority.  James Marape Mr. Marape has again made history to be the first to be declared for the third time in PNG politics.
