The Minister says Mr KIPONGE’S suspension is based on grounds one status of his Fit and Proper Persons holding the position of Managing Director of NAC and carrying out the role and responsibility. The Minister is of the view that Mr Kiponge lacks the credentials to fulfill this duties.
